Another excellent source that covers American manufacturers beyond East
Liverpool is:
DeBolt, Gerald (1994) "DeBolt's Dictionary of American Pottery Marks -
Whiteware and Porcelain" Collector Books, Paducah, KY.
It has some company histories, also a handy section on deciphering different
companies' date codes.
