Correct! The first motel, still called the Motel Inn, is located on the
nothern boundary of San Luis Obispo. It is currently closed for remodeling.
Plans are to preserve the mission revival facade but to demolish the little
bunglaows in the rear (the most important feature of the earliest motels).
