No, it was not.  Opus 110 dates from 1821/22, opus 132 from 1825.  It's
true that Beethoven was very ill in both years, due jaundice in 1821/22 and
severe bowel problems in 1825.  But in the second half of 1822, 1823 and
the second half of 1824 he was not ill.
