"Die Teufels von Loudun" were transferred a long time ago and the recording
is OOP by now. Check Berkshire from time to time or used CD stores.
I haven't noticed that "Utrenja" was ever on Philips, but a CD recording -
of *both* parts of this work - exists on Polskie Nagrania MUZA. This was
one of the CDs from the 6-CD cycle of Penderecki music, reissues of old
Polish LPs. That was a long time ago, and probably OOP as well. All the
three 6-CD cycles: Penderecki, Lutoslawski, and Szymanowski were available
for a while in the US, but not any more, I think.
(There was an LP recording of the first part of Utrenja on some major
label, possibly with Ormandy, but that would be RCA, I guess, not Philips.)
Since you are asking about large vocal works by Penderecki, I'll just
mention that there are by now two recordings of "Seven Gates of Jerusalem"
(almost identical performers for some weird reason) on the Polish label CD
Accord. I don't think this work was recorded by anybody else. IIRC, CD
Accord recorded also "Credo", but this work is available also on Hanssler
Classic, with different performers.
