BIS is recording the complete works of Sibelius in a project that will end
up being about 65 CDs.  As always, their recording and performance quality
is excellent and idiomatic for Sibelius.  Ondine and Finlandia can always
be counted on for outstanding and idiomatic Sibelius recordings which are,
like BIS, excellent audio recordings.  Naxos is doing interesting work in
this field but you can't count on quality recordings from them.  It is hit
and miss.
