I am looking for information on Adrian Oswald's career for a brief obituary
that will be presented  at the SHA meetings next week.  Although of course I
know about his enormous contribution to the field of pipe studies, I also
understand that he was an important figure in the founding of the Society for
Post-Medieval Archaeology, and of course he may have made other important
contributions as well.  Any help you can supply - particularly my colleagues
from the UK - would be very much appreciated.
