CM Mavens, I was in my car the other day in Baltimore taking advantage of
the strong radio signal to listen to a local radio affiliate that plays
more than the 1812 overture. Anyway, I heard some delightful piano music.
I thought it would be Busoni or some obscure composer that I had never
heard of. Surprise! The composer was Jean Sibelius. The pieces were
impromptus.

Can anyone reccomend some good recordings of Sibelius' piano music? What
are the pieces of repetoire that I should look out for?

Steve M. (Northern Virginia)
