I have a less than perfect recollection of a cassette which a friend once
purchased from the Library of Congress (?). It contained four symphonic
poems by MacDowell which were conducted by Karl Krueger/Kreuger/Kruger or
something like that, possibly with the Royal Philharmonic. I don't know
whether these ever made it to CD. I have the feeling that Karl Whoever
also recorded some other American rarities. Does this ring any bells?
