In response to Susan Potts message about it being a myth about red heads,
fair skin and sore nipples......I agree it's still correct latch-on
technique. As I mentioned briefly in my last message, I'd helped this person
with her last baby. She called because she had sore nipples and they did
resolve after assistance with proper latch-on technique. But, I am a little
puzzled why her nipples present as dry, crusty prenatally. I'm worried she
won't heal prior to delivery and was wondering if I could do more for her
besides the Lansinoh cream. I've got to call her a minute and see how she's
doing.
