Dear Deborah,

Contact Susan Appel at Ill State U ([log in to unmask]).  She
did a great study of Midwestern brewery architecture and technology,
published as a book, but I don't have the reference handy.  If I
remember correctly, Cincinnatti breweries were the core focus.
