Hypothetically, the Native Germans would sue the State Department for
repatriation of the skeleton with the German luger it its skeletal hand.
Based on the evidence of assocaition with the luger, the German lawyers would
argue the skeleton belongs to their clients' ancestors and demand
repatriation. Hypothetically, that is.
