I agree that it is always wise to test any "intervention" such as xylitol,
but I need to clarify that the "further studies" I posted about compared
the ear infection and sinus infection rates with xylitol flushes against
saline flushes. Again, no remedy works for everyone, and I'm certainly not
questioning your daughter's situation.
