Actually Bakels' Antartica is genreally reckoned to be mre than 'really
nice'.  I think I tend to agree.

It's the 'recent' that cause me problems.  You should hear Vaughan
Williams' own recording of the 4th (BBC SO 1938) though and Barbirolli's
various 2s and 5s.
