I personally know a member of the L.A.  Philharmonic (a principal player)
who told me that in his spare time, he and his wife enjoy Country Western
music.  Some may find that astonishing, but if it helps him to relax and
unwind, who could begrudge him? I suppose it's the same as an Auto mechanic
on his day off:  probably the last thing he's in the mood to do is fix a
car, even his own!
