As a distant observer, I have gathered that in the US you have regular
agricultural surpluses, not only of honey but also of the fruits produced as
a result of pollination by the agency of honeybees. Perhaps honey producers
could get together with growers and combine their products to produce for
example Cyser (cider with honey) or Halva (Almonds with honey).  That way
everybody benefits from the added value product.
