Perhaps, but I've read several accounts of Klemperer voicing severe
hostility to Walter; one that he was thrown out of a Wiener Philharmoniker
rehearsal that Walter was conducting, on the grounds of fairly abusive
heckling.  This doesn't indicate warm and fuzzy feelings!  %)
