Hi,

I have a single hive and have harvested some nice honey the last two years.
My question is about the best time to harvest. Is is best to remove supers
as they become full or wait until fall to harvest? I removed and extracted
honey from two medium supers last summer and once I was done, placed them
back on the hive. I harvest a honey from one of the replacements later in
the season. Three full supers and a fourth nearly full....for a total of
140 pounds of honey.

Thanks!
