These are some new releases that look very tempting.  If you've heard any
of them, please provide your assessment:

Beethoven String Quartets Op. 18/4 & 59/3 from the Schuppanzigh Quartett on
Ars Musici; these are period instrument performances which are fairly rare
for this repertoire.

Bach Sonatas for Violin and Harpsichord, Vol. 1 from Lucy van Dael and Bob
van Asperen on Naxos; this could be the bargain of the year considering the
excellence of the performers.

Handel's Messiah Arranged by Mozart from Andrew Parrott on Arabesque.
