I think they were one of the earliest, if not the earliest sets of all the
Mozart symphonies, performed on "authentic instruments", w/ liner notes
prepared by Neal Zaslaw, who taught a summer course for adults at Cornell
that I took about twenty years ago.
At abour US$5.25 per CD, it sounds like a good buy, but watch out for BMG's
shipping and handling costs. They can eat up much of your savings.
