Joel Hill sent a private note asking for news of the latest (and last) EMI
issue of the Anievas recordings in their Forte (2CD) series.  I have just
heard from EMI that the release is confirmed for June in the EU and for
July in the USA.

In addition, and for those that may be able to 'stream' BBC Radio 3,
the Brahms/Paganini Variations Op.35 are being played in the series <CD
Masters> on Wed.  30th at 12:02h CET.  This is indeed somewhat strange
since this recording has not yet been issued on CD!  Perhaps they are
hoping, by drawing attention to it, that it might become a "CD Master"?
