Just to remind you - I picked the Old Grove up from Chapters in Canada
(www.chapters.ca) for $250 CDN (i.e., $165 US) - shipping in Canada is
$3.50 - to the US it's $6 CDN -  and to the rest of the world $20 CDN.
Plus, if you join their chapters club ($15 annual), you obtain a 10%
discount on the purchase ($25), plus 5% in coupons redeemable in store.
