Is there any particular reason why Solti's Mahler recordings with the
Chicago are not on any one's list? I came to know and like Mahler through
Solti's LP set of the Mahler symphonies (minus the Tenth) and bought the
same set when it was re-issued on CDs.  Perhaps my partiality towards Solti
is due to my not being able to tell the difference between an A minor note
and a C major note?:  -- <
