I don't know the Ancerl recording that others have recommended, but I have
long treasured the Bernstein NYPO recording.  The middle movements have a
expressive intensity with relaxed pacing that I find ravishing.  Bernstein
did skip one of the variations in the first movement, if that is a concern
to you.
