I recently obtained the orchestral version of Iberia (Complete) by Jesus
Lopez-Cobos with the cincinnati Symphony. The Orchestration is by Enrique
Fernandez Arbos and Carlos Surinach. It is on the Telarc Label 2CD-80470
Good clear sound and the interpretation seems to me very straight forward
with no real idiosyncracies or distractions.

I personally enjoyed this recording of a piece I am not overly familiar
with.
