DG has a new service called 'archives on demand'.  They try to offer each
of their more than 250.000 titles of their more than 100-years-old archives
on demand.  I've seen that service at http://www.classicsandjazz.com
After contacting them they will make you an individual offer.  Would be
interesting to know if they allow different couplings of their original
releases.  I hope this IMO revolutionary service doesn't seduce them to
reduce their catalogue further on (their latest victims:  Shostakovich #1/7
Bernstein/Cso and Tchaikovsky #4-6 Mravinsky/stereo).
