How interesting. Here in the UK, in spite of Radio 3, the BBC Classical
Music station, Classic FM is THE most successful commercial radio station
and is now nation-wide as a result. What is more, they appear to appeal
to different types of listeners with Classic FM, during daylight hours,
churning out classical pops and short excerpts although it gets more
serious in the evenings. Both are available on the Internet.
Incidentally, it would help when posing questions of this kind if the
originator of the thread were to identify the country of reference.
