There are probably thousands of them, but it's not easy to specifically
remember too many.  Here are a few:

In the Three-Part D minor Invention by Bach, there's an emphatic
cascading/tumbling of notes near the end of the piece which takes me
out of this world for a few seconds every time I hear it.

The concluding chorale to Part I of Bach's Christmas Oratorio which is
highlighted by a fanfare of trumpets.

The opening instrumental passage of Bach's St. Matthew Passion - so much
drama and tension as it portrays Christ's final walk toward his crucifixion.

The transition between the third and fourth movement of Beethoven's
Hammerklavier sonata.

The opening of Nielsen's 2nd string quartet which is about as rough and
powerful a section of music as possible while retaining a strong beauty.
