Cello: a "violin" with a memory
Harpsichord (Italian): delicately light and crunchy, fastidious or lazy
Harmonium: cool and creamy, slow-motion dreamy

These have long been my favorite instruments.  I'm not a composer but
have often wondered if they would work (compositionally) together.
