Yes, but in equal temperment, only in very subtle ways.  There are two
Factors, one which can be mitigated by the performers' skill, and the
other which is a matter of the acoustics of the instrument.

The first is that different keys result in different interactions between
the performer and the instrument.  Passages that are straightforward in one
key may become more difficult in another key.

The other is that the timbre of the instrument changes, albeit subtly,
as the fundamental changes.  This is because the resonances of the
instrument's physical instantiation are essentially invariant, and affect
the relative pitches of a melody differently when that melody is
transposed.
