Well of course I was being a bit tonge and cheek with Don, since we
just had a thread about CM vs. Popular music where we could not reach
agreement.  I agree that we have beat this to death but I think that we
have achieved something worthwhile.  This list, like all others, has people
whose ideas are fixed and unchangeable and that's fine, especially about
art.  But there are some on the list who are still fixing their ideas and
any input is useful, especially input that discusses both sides of the
issue.  I think and hope that some folks have gotten some things to think
about.
