But only in the short-run, for a few years.  Folks like Carey are "here
today, gone tomorrow".  Fifty years from now, hardly anyone will recognize
the "Mariah Carey" name or play/buy her music.  My main man, Bach,
continues through the centuries.  So, in the long run, Bach outsells Carey.
That's one good thing about mediocrity or junk - it doesn't last very long.
There's always the next pile of junk to turn to.
