Ideally:

Historical - 0%
Composer - 0%
Musical merit - 100%
Performer - 0%

In my practice, most likely:

Historical - 1%
Composer - 5%
Musical merit - 89%
Performer - 5%

However, "musical merit" may simply be a category I use to flatter myself.
