There is plenty of very noisy CM (e.g., Jon Leifs, etc.) with which
to blow away the neighbor, but that should not be the point.  The point
should be to reduce the neighbor's mind to the consistency of warm
calf's-foot jelly.  By a happy coincidence, the subject of another thread
(Danish gems) contains the very prescription:  aim the loudspeaker in the
neighbor's direction in the middle of the night and play Bent Sorensen's
"Shadow Lands" or "The Deserted Churchyards".  Doesn't have to be very
loud.  Play them over and over.
