If you have affection for either conductor or Orchestra, it is a must get.
It really does sound like, for better (the musicians) or worse (the hall)
the Philadelphia Orchestra playing in the Academy of Music.  Given the new
intensity in Sawallisch's direction, I almost beg the musical gods to get
him more such chances to record.

btw, it might be decision time here this month, as Roberto Abbado (next
week) and David Robertson (the following) will be leading several varied
programs each.  I'll be attending rehearsals, and will report back.
