Without a graduate degree, RPA doesn't want him.
But wasn't he, sort of de facto, a Doctor of the Church? I believe Catholic
bishops traditionally are called "Dr." in some countries.
Does that count? Or do you need a degree conferred by mere mortals.
Or, of course, he could be grandfathered.
