That is not exactly what Mr. Chasan said, but this speech traces the saying
that Classical Music that is created through hard work; a composer who has
studied the rules long, works and works in five years to find the theme to
his 5. Symphony etc, but why must a work that came to birth trhough a long
hard process of working necessarily be better that the imagination of the
moment?
