Godden Mackay Logan (02 9319 4811) excavated a butchers shop and adjacent areas in their Cumberland Street dig at Sydney's Rocks.  The infomration is published in a multi-volume report and CD Rom containing database.

Hi
     One of our honours students is researching the bone collection from an
execavation that was done of a butcher's shop in among residential houses
from the nineteenth century. The butcher appears to have been doing his own
slaughtering at the site, primarily of sheep. Does anyone know of a similar
type of site that has been published ?
