        Although the 1977 Todd book is not listed in his ad, Elton Gish, P.
O. Box 1317, Buna, TX 77612 offers two other reprints of Tod's books:

Porcelain Insulators Guide Book ($22 postpaid) and insluator Patents,
1880-1960 ($20 postpaid)
