For those of you who are due refunds from the SHA-Quebec meeting, be aware
that the refund checks may not be payable by the Federal Reserve.  The FR
returned my check to my bank saying it was not payable in the U.S.  In order
to avoid another returned check fee by my bank, I have been told to request
the funds through a money order.  Has anyone else had this problem?
