I've owned that recording on LP and CD! It was a radio tape that was
released posthumously by Columbia. It was not made with the INTENTION of
being released commercially, in comparison to, say, the DG Bernstein
recordings. So that point of mine, at least, stands, though somewhat
reworded: The Cleveland Orchestra has never recorded a concert with the
intention of it becoming a commerical release.

With regard to my other arguments: let's just agree to disagree. It's a
healthy argument.
