When I worked in a classical music store, I did get a few requests for
music which might help induce sleep. I always recommended the Brahms
Clarinet Sonatas and received some good feedback later from customers who
had a good night's sleep.
My wife and children, when I'd play a Mozart piano concerto slow movement
in the car, felt that those movements were sleep inducing in the extreme.
Of course, I'm not exactly thrilled with the notion that CM is a good sleep
inducing source. That's not much of a plug for the music.
