A propos audience, I think it is boring when the audience applause is cut
away from recordings of love performances.  I am just listening to Doratis
Haydn "L'anima del philosopho ossia Orfeo ed Eurydike", and as the audience
is murmuring all the time one expects a applause in the end.  After such a
great performance I want the audience roaring of pleasure and
excitement....
