Peggy Lee and Frank Sinatra both have recorded Melancholy Baby, along with
many others, but it is not in their hundred greatest hits.  Momentary
popularity is not necessarily greatness.

Please don't get on a tear because I don't think "Yesterday" was not
the best choice.  Almost everyone on this list, probably including you,
probably has a different choice.  It's an OK song, not in the Pantheon,
but certainly better than "Last Kiss" or "Teen Angel".
