Some time back somebody (from this list IIRC) foolishly suggested to me
that I might like to publish my concert reviews on the web.  (For those
who don't know, I'm the music critic for the Victoria Times Colonist).

Well, foolishly or otherwise, I've started to do so, and you can find the

Please bear in mind that most of these were written to deadline and I have
not tidied up anything in putting them on the web (except for US spellings,
which the newspaper used to insist on until the Oxford Dictionary of
Canadian English appeared a couple of years ago).

You'll also find that my Mahler and Beethoven surveys have begun the
(potentially neverending) process of being updated.  The new look (style
over subtstance) is noticable.  Content will gradually be updated.  Please
bear with the broken links, missing images etc for now.
