In the 25th Anniversary Issue of the Smithsonian Magazine (April 1995,
p.92)  They mention "The Ice House Museum", in Cedar Falls Iowa.  If any
one would kep track of industral Ice houses they probably would.

As a side note, on both PBS programs, Connections 2 and the Secret Lives
of Machines there are visits to the last functioning amonia and brine ice
factory in the UK that was about to close down.
