I have all of these plus

- Mozart 38 & 39 (you can also find 38,39,40 and 41 on a budget 2-CD set on
the Denon "Classics Exposed" line)
- Bruckner 4
- Strauss's Heldenleben

I share your assessment of how good these are, especially the sound.
I only wish the EMI engineers had gotten this kind of sound from Jochum's
Bruckner cycle with the same orchestra.
