It gives details of the burial places of many famous people, including
composers and musicians, who are collected on the following page:

As far as I can tell from brief checks the information is accurate and they
welcome additions. So if you wish to make a pilgrimage to the grave of
someone you revere, or are just interested in seeing what their memorial
looks like, this might be a useful site to visit.
