one of the lecturers scheduled to speak at my session at the EAA conference in
lisbon, 10-17 september, has received a grant to cover travel expenses from
russia, and now wonders if anyone might know how he could get some funding (he
estimates about $200) to cover accomodation while he is attending the conference
- anybody know anything about programs for formerly east-block exchange,
especially short-notice, or... have any ideas where i could look/ask/find info?
i'm a bit remote from the grapevine when it comes to things like that these days
