New Zealand beekeepers pioneered the development of creamed honey
back in the early part of the century (There - I'm sure that will
bring out some controversy; list has been too polite lately!)...
The 'beaten' honey you are describing is nice, but no where *near* as
nice as well-handled 'real creamed' honey. 'Creamed honey' as I know
it is a naturally granulated product, but with the size of the grain
controlled by introducing a seed starter, then controlling the
temperature as the granulation gets underway. There's an article
