Excellent list from Steve; I would add that today I received in the mail
Monteverdi's 5th book of madrigals on Opus 111 CD. FANTASTIC!!!! This is
definitely in the "inspired" category--at least for me. Like Picasso said
(supposedly)--a genius is one who can't see the target, but hits it anyway!
